about her restaurant and what she likes best about it. The opportunity to provide customers with good food that has a higher nutritional value, she said with a smile. That is why I opened this restaurant. What are some items on her current favorite dish list? Jasmine laughed before answering, There are so many things I love but my favorites would be my samosas and my curries. When I asked about her favorite curries, she replied, Channa Masala is one of my favorites because it’s spicy. The Service:
Indian cuisine offers a wide variety of vegetarian options, as well. One of our favorite dishes is Neehee’s Chana Masala, which is an authentic Indian dish made with chickpeas simmered in a rich tomato-based sauce with aromatic spices. It is served over rice or naan bread. Yum! Another popular vegetarian dish is Aloo Gobi, which consists of potatoes cooked with fresh cauliflower and tomatoes. The flavors are the typical ones found in most Indian curries like ginger, turmeric, coriander leaves, garlic cloves, onion wedges and more.

Mushrooms are also common side dishes because they go great with the warm and spicy flavors found throughout the region. We love ordering Tandoori Paneer Tikka skewers that are made from marinated paneer cheese (a type of cottage cheese) marinated in yogurt then skewered to cook on hot rocks at a high temperature inside a clay oven called tandoori. neehee’s vegetarian indian street food.
